The Department of Computer Application was established in the year June, 2009.
Computer Application is one of the thrust areas in Science and Technology. In appreciation of its growing importance in business and the Industrial scenario, the college established the department of Computer Application was established in the year 2009. Department of Computer Application to facilitate technical and knowledge development in the subject. The Department offers Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application (BCA), from the year 2015 the nomenclature of the degree was changed to BBA (CA) recognized by Savitribai Phule Pune University.
The intake capacity is 80 finalized by the university. Total 5 faculties are working in the department. A networked laboratory with 50 computers was established at the department. There are 2 specious well equipped laboratories. The various computing resources are made available to our students to encourage them in participation in various Seminars, Workshops and Projects.
The students passed out from our department are working in various software companies, private & government sector, some has their own business.

- To introduce PG courses in Computer Science.
- To run a Short Term Course in Software Development.
- To organize a State Level/National Level/International Level Seminar.
- Organization of visits to Software Industries.
- Organize lectures and seminars on Immerging Trends in IT.
- Make all the classes technologically enabled(smart class enabled)
- Giving cent percentage pass percentage and employable
- Make all the students to face the current trends and make them job ready.
- Conducting seminars through video conferencing.
